Oriental Noodles With Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

Chinese egg noodles

Vegetable oil

Garlic clove, sliced/peeled

Chopped onion

Sliced carrot

Green pepper, diced

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Peanuts

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  4. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
  8. Serve.
