Directions

  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions an bulgur.
  3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes, until water has been absorbed.
  6. Fluff with a fork before serving.
