Bean Curd With Chinese Parsley Recipe

Ingredients

Medium bean curd, cubed

Soy sauce

Chopped Chinese parsley

Directions

  1. Slice hot peppers into long strips.
  2. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. When hot, add hot pepper & fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Slice & fry sweet peppers in the same way.
  6. Add cubes of tofu.
  7. Drizzle in soy sauce & add cornstarch mixture.
  8. Scatter the parsley over the top.
  9. Turn the heat up slightly & cookk till sauce thickens.
  10. Serve hot.
