Directions

  1. * Use Cheddar Or Monterrey Jack cut into 1/4-inch Cubes. (4 oz) Cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan until tender.
  2. Stir in beer, carrot and celery.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream and cheese.
  6. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
