Sweet potatoes

Coriander

Garlic powder

Soy sauce
Directions
- Wash & scrub potatoes.
- Cut into sticks & set aside.
- Mix together oil & spices.
- Dip the potatoes into the mixture & spread onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring half way through cooking. "Vegetarian Times" October, 1991
