Microwave Carmel Popcorn Recipe

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except the popcorn into a pyrex dish.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in 1 teaspoon soda mix well.
4. Place popped corn in a brown paper bag and pour mixture over corn in sack (do not shake).
5. Place brown bag in microwave and heat for 1 1/2 minutes on Power 7.
6. Remove bag and shake shake shake.
7. Replace bag and microwave 1 1/2 minutes power 6.
8. Shake shake shake:) Microwave one last time for 30 seconds on power 7. shake and then spread onto wax paper or cookie sheet to cool.
9. Throw away the bag (whew you don't have to wach that dish <G>)
