Cheddary Artichoke Snacks Recipe

Bottled roasted red peppers

Extra Sharp Natural cheddar
Cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. TOP toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese.
  2. Place on cookie sheet.
  3. BROIL 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  4. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.
  5. Makes 20.
