Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

Onions; chopped

Cream of celery soup

Cream cheese; cut into cubes

Ore Ida Hash Browns, to 4 cups (can also use Potatoes O'Brien)
1/3
c
Cheddar cheese; shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Grease a 1 qt casserole dish.
  3. In saucepan, over medium heat, cook onion in 1 T margarine until tender.
  4. Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot.
  5. In casserole, alternatively layer frozen potatoes and hot cream sauce ending with a sauce layer.
  6. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until sauce in bubbly and potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
