Miracle Whip

Parmesan; grated
Directions
- Heat oven to 375.
- Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes with spoon if necessary.
- Spoon into 2 quart casserole.
- Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Variation: Omit parmesan cheese.
- Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked ham.
