Bhindi Masala Recipe

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large pot.
  2. Add onion, garlic & chilies.
  3. Fry over medium heat till browned.
  4. Stir in turmeric & cumin & fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in okra & salt.
  6. Cover, reduce heat & simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  7. Serve hot with plain rice or chapatis.
