Baked Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

1. Spray a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick coating, or line the pan with baking parchment.
2. Scrub potatoes; cut lengthwise into quarters, then cut each quarter into 2 wedges.
3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in pan.
4. Combine margarine or butter, salt, and nutmeg.
5. Brush onto potatoes.
6. Bake in a 450 F oven for 20 minutes or until brown and tender.
