Cider vinegar

Mixed pickling spices

Directions

  1. This marmalade is very tart; it is especially good with ham.
  2. Put tomatoes in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  3. Skin, cut into quarters, and put in a saucepan.
  4. Add the other ingredients and bring to a slow boil.
  5. Cook slowly until thick, stirring frequently.
  6. Pour into sterilized jars or bottles and seal.
  7. Makes 1 pint.
