Spinach Torn Into Bite-

Mung Bean Sprouts

Block Firm Tofu, Cut Into
Cubes

c
Sesame Seeds

Low Sodium Tamari

Cooked Brown Rice

Directions

  1. Saute Onion and Green Pepper in 1/4 C.
  2. Water for 10 Min. add Tofu and Mushrooms.
  3. Cook An Additional 10 Min. add Spinach, Bean Sprouts, Sesame Seeds and Tamari.
  4. Cover and Steam 5 Min.
  5. To Wilt Spinach.
  6. Mix in 4 C.
  7. Cooked Brown Rice.
  8. Heat Through and Serve Hot.
