Directions
- Chop green tomatoes.
- Add salt.
- Allow to stand overnight.
- Drain.
- Chop ripe tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
- Add to green tomatoes.
- Add vinegar and sugar.
- Heat to boiling.
- Simmer 1/2 hour, stirring frequently.
