Pimento, 4 oz size drain all canned vegetables

Chopped celery

Chopped green pepper

Vegetable oil

Cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Put drained, canned vegetables in a non-metal bowl.
  2. Add fresh chopped vegetables, mix well.
  3. Thoroughly mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water is a small sauce pan.
  4. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to low, and cook two minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Pour sauce over vegetable.
  7. Marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve well chilled.
