Pimento, 4 oz size drain all canned vegetables

Chopped onion

Chopped celery

Chopped green pepper

Vegetable oil

Cider vinegar

Directions
- Put drained, canned vegetables in a non-metal bowl.
- Add fresh chopped vegetables, mix well.
- Thoroughly mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water is a small sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to low, and cook two minutes.
- Cool.
- Pour sauce over vegetable.
- Marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve well chilled.
