Bottle fruit pectin
Directions
- Combine horseradish, vinegar, and sugar.
- Stir.
- Heat rapidly to full rolling boil.
- Add fruit pectin.
- Stirring constantly, heat again to full rolling boil.
- Boil 1/2 minute.
- Remove from fire.
- Let stand 1 minute.
- Skim.
