Directions

  1. Split the pigs' feet, scrub thoroughly and cover with cold water.
  2. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil.
  3. Skim off the top.
  4. Add seasonings and boil slowly for 2 hours.
  5. Cool in liquid and serve cold.
