Pork In Plum Sauce Recipe

Directions

  1. Cut pork into bite size pieces.
  2. Peel carrots, cut into cubes.
  3. Place oil and garlic in wok.
  4. On high heat, brown pork.
  5. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  6. Add plum sauce, celery, ginger, sherry, carrots, sugar, salt scallions and water.
  7. Simmer covered, 12 minutes.
  8. Add cornstarch to water and mixture to wok.
  9. Stir until thickened.
