Dark brown sugar, firmly packed

Butter or margarine

Orange juice

Lemon peel

Salt

Combine all ingredients in a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until carrots are tender.
Stir occasionally so that carrots are well glazed.
