Directions
- A tender, yet crisp vegetable dish.
- Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a saute pan.
- Add carrots.
- Wait 2 minutes and add snow peas.
- Boil one minute and remove.
- Drain.
- Season vegetables with salt and pepper.
- Add butter to saute pan and saute vegetables until hot.
- Serve.
- The secret of these vegetables is to cook them just the right amount of time so that they are tender yet crispy.
