Spaghetti sauce; lo-fat

Sauce mix; white, [Knoor]

Mozzarella; shredded, no-fat

Broccoli; frozen/thawed or
Zucchini, fresh/frozen

Garlic powder

Directions

  1. Spray 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix white sauce according to package directions.
  3. Add onions, mushrooms, broccoli, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Add this mixture to the white sauce.
  5. Layer ingredients as follows: 1 c spaghetti sauce/Ragu, lo-fat 3 noodles 1/3 of broccoli mixture/zucchini 1/3 of mozzarella 1/3 of parmesan Repeat this twice for three complete layers.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
