Fresh green beans, washed and trimmed

Onion, finely chopped

Fresh garlic, chopped

Fresh sliced mushrooms

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
- Steam green beans until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Saute onion and garlic in a medium skillet coated with olive oil, until tender.
- About 2-3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and saute until tender.
- Stir in green beans and tomotoes until heated. *For those who choose to elimenate ALL the fat, substitute PAM or other vegetable spray, for the 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- The olive oil's only purpose is taste, and if you want to sacrifice the taste for the small reduction in total fat of 1 teaspoon of olive oil, you may.
