Directions
- Mint adds a piquant note to this rich dish.
- Add peas to lightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain.
- In saute pan, add butter, oil, Prosciutto, sage and shallots.
- When hot, add peas and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped mint and serve.
- The mint adds a piquant note to this rich vegetable dish.
