Lean Ground Chuck

Directions

  1. * Mushrooms should be washed, trimmed and sliced.
  2. Melt the margarine in a large skillet.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and mushrooms.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat.
  6. Mix the meat, salt and pepper together.
  7. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
  8. Push mushroom-onion mixture to the side of the skillet.
  9. Cook the patties in the same skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 minutes.
  10. Serve with the mushroom-onion mixture spooned over the patties.
