Directions
- Prepare cabbage and apple.
- Use 1 T lemon juice to wet diced apple to prevent darkening.
- Toss cabbage, raisins, and apple.
- Mix fruit juices, salt, and sugar.
- Add sour cream, stir until smooth; add to salad and chill.
