Heads garlic, split into cloves and smashed

Directions
- Vegetable oil for greasing molds 1.
- Lightly grease 8 ramekins (2 1/2 inch size) with oil.
- Set aside 2.
- Combine garlic, broth, olive oil and cream in a 4 cup glass measure.
- Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap.
- Cook at 100% for 10 min.
- Remove from oven.
- Uncover and pass through medium disk of a food mill.
- Stir in eggs and salt.
- Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into each prepared ramekin.
- Cover each tightly with plastic wrap.
- Arrange around inside rim of a 12 in. platter or on carousel.
- Cook at 100% for 3 1/2 min.
- Pierce plastic with the tip of a sharp knife.
- Remove from oven.
- Uncover each and unmold onto a serving platter.
- Serve immediately.
