Onions large & mild

Cucumbers peeled & chopped

Tomatos fresh & chopped

Eggs hard boiled & chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mayonaise

Cider vinegar
Directions
- Peel onions. remove the insides leaving an onion cup of 3-4 layers.
- Chop the inner onion portions and mix well with the tomatos, vinegar, & cucumbers.
- Mix in the mayonaise egg and the salt & pepper.
- Stuff the onion cups with this mixture.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve.
- You may make this in advance and serve chilled.
