Greek Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

Insides scooped out

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until translucent.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sauteed onions with all remaining ingredients except tomatoes.
  3. Stuff filling into tomatoes.
  4. Bake in a preheated, 350 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Make 4 to 6 servings.
