Bean curd, cubed

Soy sauce

Brown sugar

Stock

Cornstarch dissolved in 1 - tb water
Directions
- Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds.
- Add salted beans & bean curd, fry gently till bean curd turns golden.
- Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over noodles or fried rice.
