Directions

  1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir sausage until browned; drain well.
  2. Stir in rice, celery, green pepper, scallions and chicken broth; bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
