Broccoli-Parmesan Fettuccine Recipe

Broccoli flowerets

Fettuccine, uncooked

Butter or margarine

Package Canadian bacon, cut

In thin strips

Whipping cream

Parmesan cheese, grated

Pepper
Directions
- Cook broccoli in boiling water to cover 3 minutes; drain broccoli, and plunge in ice water.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and place in large bowl.
- Set aside Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add Canadian bacon, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli, and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
- Add broccoli mixture, whipping cream, and remaining ingredients to fettuccine; toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
