Directions
- Blend all ingredients.
- If necessary, add another tbs of milk to make a good dipping consistency.
- Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Makes 2 cups Spicy as a Southwestern favorite should be.
- Serve hot with corn chips.
