Holiday Snow Peas Recipe

Scallions; trimmed & sliced

Directions

  1. Spray a wok or nonstick skillet lightly with cooking spary.
  2. Place snow peas and scallions in the wok or skillet, and stir-fry over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Add pimentos and sherry.
  4. Stir-fry one minute longer.
  5. Peas should be bright and crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
