Yellow summer squash;

Dried Leaf Oregano;

Virgin olive oil;

Directions

  1. Slice zucchini and squash in thin rounds.
  2. Mix with garlic, oregano, and pepper, and place in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  3. Cover and steam 2 minutes or until just tender.
  4. Remove from basket to serving bowl and toss with oil.
