Broccoli & Pine Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

Fresh broccoli;

Betty's Butter

Fresh lime juice;
¼
c
Toasted pine nuts(pignoli)

Directions

  1. Trim off fresh stems and cut broccoli into flowerets about 3" long.
  2. Steam over boiling water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
  3. Drain and let dry on paper towels.
  4. In a non-stick skillet and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, toss pine nuts.
