Pagoda Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

Strips bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4" wide pieces

Green onions and tops, thinly sliced

Egg, beaten

Cold, cooked white rice

Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in hot wok or large skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Add green onions and stir-fry 1 minute.
  3. Add egg and scramble.
  4. Stir in rice and cook until heated through, gently separating grains.
  5. Add soy sauce and stir until mixture is well blended.
