Liver Black Beans & Snow Pea Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

Peanut oil, divided

Chicken livers, trimmed, sliced

Fermented black beans, rinsed, drained

Garlic clove, minced

Finely chopped fresh ginger

Snow peas, trimmed

Soy sauce

tb
Sherry

Chicken broth

Green onions, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tb oil over high heat in large wok; add liver; stir fry 3-5 minutes, or until liver is browned but still pink on the inside; remove from wok; reserve.
  2. Reduce heat to medium; heat remaining oil in wok;add black beans, garlic and ginger.
  3. Stir fry 1 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, sherry, broth and green onions; bring to a boil.
  5. Add liver; stir until sauce coats the liver and liver is heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
