Rice-long grain

Rice-wild

Onions-chopped

Chicken broth

Directions

  1. Fat grams per serving: Approx.
  2. Cook Time: 00:30 Melt butter in saucepan w/ tight-fitting lid.
  3. Pour off half & reserve.
  4. To remainder, add both rices & the onions.
  5. Shake pan until all grains are coated w/ butter.
  6. Add stock.
  7. Bring to simmer & cook 20-25 min. or until all stock is absorbed.
  8. Add reserved melted butter & toss w/ fork.
