Directions
- DIRECTIONS: Using first 4 ingredients, prepare potato as directed on the package.
- Add the butter and almond extract.
- Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. (Mixture will be thin at first, but thicken later. ) Beat until mixture will hold its shape.
- Add a little more sugar, if necessary.
- Stir in coconut, and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
