Carmael Corn Recipe

Ingredients

Popped popcorn

Brown sugar

Butter
Vanilla

c
Corn syrup

Salt

Soda

Directions

  1. Boil sugar, butter and corn syrup 4 minutes.
  2. Remove from stove and add salt, soda and vanilla. (This will foam when soda is added).
  3. Pour over popped popcorn, stir carefully.
  4. Put into a large pan into oven at 250F. for 1 hour.
  5. Carefully stir every 10 minutes.
  6. If pan is big enough, shake popcorn--it doesn't crumble as much.
