Tabasco Seared Pepper Steak Recipe

Directions

1. Place a Filet Mignon or New York Strip steak on the cutting board.
2. Briskly, rub about 1/3 tsp.
3. Tabasco pepper sauce on EACH side of steak.
4. Sprinkle, liberally, with coarse, cracked black pepper and pat the pepper into the steak.
5. Grill over a hot fire, searing the steak, quickly, on both sides before cooking it, slowly, over the corner of the grill.
6. Serve steak medium to medium rare.
