Directions

  1. Prepare green onions as directed.
  2. Cut diagonally into 1-1/2-inch pieces.
  3. Heat oil and margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Saute onions, gingerroot and garlic about 2 minutes or until onions are crisp-ten Stir in carrot and salt.
  5. Sprinkle with pepper.
